Ron Gaston is a long time member of the Knife Makers Guild. His knives have been featured in all the major knife magazines and sold around the world. This is a model #3 Large Hunter. It has a 3 5/8” Hand rubbed Satin Finished Hollow Ground ATS-34 Stainless Steel blade, Rockwell "C" Hardness 58-59, OAL is 8 7/8", Tapered full Tang with Burgundy Spacers and Dovetailed 416 Stainless Bolsters, scales are Golden California Buckeye Burl Wood accented with 2 Mosaic pins. Outstanding fit and finish. Knife is Mint and comes with the custom leather sheath pictured. Ron has recently retired from knife making.
